At WORKPAD, we stand by the quality of our professional air tools and offer a 1-year free repair warranty to ensure customer satisfaction. If your tool develops a defect due to manufacturing or material issues under normal use within one year from the purchase date, we will repair it at no cost.

1-Year Free Repair Warranty Policy:

1. Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

2. Repair Process: Customers must submit a warranty claim along with proof of purchase. Once approved, the product should be sent to our designated service center for repair.

3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, modifications, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our service center, but WORKPAD will cover return shipping after repair.
