WORKPAD is committed to providing high-quality professional air tools and ensuring customer satisfaction with our 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

1. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals.

2. The return request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date, along with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
